How To Rent
RENTING OUR PRODUCT IS SIMPLE AND HASSLE-FREE
1. Choose Your Reservation Date: Browse our calendar and select your desired date for the rental. Click “Add to Cart” to proceed with the reservation.
2. Provide Special Instructions: During checkout, you’ll find an empty box labeled “Special Instructions.” It’s essential to fill this out with the VENUE NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, and EMAIL, so we can arrange delivery and coordinate with the venue for insurance. Also, let us know your preferred drop-off and pickup time.
3. Delivery, Setup, and Pickup: All orders include complimentary delivery, setup, and pickup within 30 miles of our warehouse, located in Columbus, OH. The pickup time is no later than 10:00 PM. Deliveries beyond 30 miles will incur an additional fee, based on location and whether setup assistance is required. 4. Payment Options: Payment Options: Our payment process is easy and convenient. Pay 50% of the total amount at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due five days before your event date., we’ll take care of picking up all the rented items, ensuring your convenience and peace of mind.
5. Single Setup/Location: Our pricing covers a single setup and location only. If you need to move the rental item from the ceremony to the reception or elsewhere, additional fees will apply.
6. Delivery Information: Within a 30-mile radius of Columbus, OH, we provide FREE delivery, setup, and pickup if the return is scheduled before 10:00 PM. If you’re unsure whether your event address qualifies for free delivery, just share the address with us, and we’ll be happy to confirm. For locations exceeding 30 miles, a charge will apply. We do not delivery outside of the Columbus Metro area.
7. Confirm Venue Space: Before confirming your rental, please check with your venue to ensure the items fit into your desired space comfortably.
8. Coordinating with the Venue: We prefer to work directly with your venue to handle setup, delivery, storage, and pickup, relieving you of any coordination duties. We kindly request the name, address, and phone number of your venue.
